Where do you ship?

The US, with free shipping. Other countries are not served yet.
How do the pieces connect?

All pieces share one grid. Side handles fasten one raft to the next, and every raft and fender ships with two elastic dock lines for the boat or the pier.
Is the lighting included?

Yes. Lighting is standard on every platform and pool - powered by WheeJet.
What is the warranty?

Five years against manufacturing defects, non-commercial use. Extend to 6, 7 or 8 years when you order.
Is there a discount for larger orders?

Yes - 5% off orders from $1,000, 10% from $2,000, 15% from $5,000 and 20% from $10,000, applied automatically at checkout. At the top tier two Private Edition boards come as our gift.
Can I see it before I buy?

Yes - at FLIBS in Fort Lauderdale, Oct 28 to Nov 1, 2026. Every model is on the stand, not every size. Book a meeting through the contact page.
